Our Show Team
Come out and join the OREC Show Team!
Lesson Students and Boarders are welcome to join our team. Our team is made up of riders who will/want to compete, riders who want to help, and riders whom want to learn about showing and to cheer on their fellow team mates. Each and every team member is equally important and a huge part of our team! Our team currently shows at various schooling shows on and off property, as well as advanced riders showing at Trillium.
Parties!
Let us help you celebrate any occasion! Book your party with us and our horses, and have an exciting time!
With our party package you will get over an hour with the horses:
15 - 30 min's Grooming and Tacking (Assisted)
45 - 60 min's Riding (Assisted)
15 - 30 min's Untacking (Assisted)
You and your guests will then have the use of our party room with a large table and chairs to enjoy the rest of your celebration.
(Food provided by you)
CAMP!
Our Camps include:
Two - 1 hour riding lessons per day (With a Qualified Riding Instructor - rain or shine)
Horse Theory (Horse Safety, Hands on Grooming and Horse Care, Tack, Breeds and more
Crafts
Weekly Farrier Visits (Horse shoeing. etc.)
Swimming (Cooling off after a long day of fun!)
Games (Scavenger Hunt, Survivor, and Man tracker)
HORSE SHOW! Every Friday (A Chance to show Family or Friends)
An Equine Educational Experience your child will never forget!
FOR SAFETY REASONS CHILDREN WILL REQUIRE PROPER EQUIPMENT:

Riding/rubber boots (with heel)

Leasing
Part leasing is an opportunity to spend more time in the saddle. Included are two rides on your own along with the use of the horse for your lessons(Not included in price). Lessons are mandatory when Part Leasing. Leasers will also have the option of showing on and off property with our show team.
Full Lease gives riders an opportunity to have full use of one of our horses. Lessons must be taken weekly. Showing on and off property are options of a full lease. And your favorite horse is yours to enjoy!

Boarding
Oak Ridges welcomes all disciplines and offers Pasture Board, Pasture Board PLUS, Indoor Board and Indoor Board PLUS.
Our Boarders will enjoy:
- Three bright, airy barns with wide aisles
- Individual Indoor Boarder lockers
- Indoor Wash Stall with hot and cold water
- Heated Bathroom
- 70' x 165', bright Indoor Arena with a new heated viewing room
- Two outdoor riding rings (one sand, one grass)
- Beautiful Trails on property and only a short drive to the Ganaraska Forest
- Individualized supplements and medications administered
- Large Paddocks, small group or individual turnout
Pasture Board - Includes use of all amenities. Horses will be turned out in our large paddocks and will be supplied with hay and fresh water.
Pasture Board PLUS- Includes use of all amenities. Horses will be turned out in our large paddocks and will be supplied with hay and fresh water. PLUS an individual feed program once daily.
Indoor Board - Includes use of all amenities. Horses will be turned out in our large paddocks and will be supplied with hay and fresh water. They will come into a clean stall and individual feed program that includes water, as well as grain and hay twice daily.

For your safety and the safety of others, riders will require the following equipment:

Lessons
At Oak Ridges it is our goal to provide you with the safest riding experience possible. Our lessons range from beginner to advance, and we offer english or western riding lessons. Whatever level you want to reach, our qualified staff will help you every step of the way and to enjoy every minute of it! Our lessons are educational and fun at the same time! So whether you are just starting out or have ridden for years we have a lesson that you will fit into!
Our lessons run all year round, with indoor and outdoor riding rings. There is a new heated viewing room in the Arena, so family can enjoy the lessons as well.
